To create quizzes during meetings, click on the polly icon (top corner), and select quick start. You must log in to forms with the same account you use for microsoft teams. Web in your browser, open up microsoft forms and sign in (if you aren’t already).
When asked to select the type of polly you want to create, click on quiz.
